ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, directing the respondents to frame a scheme relating to the 'Khader Oulia Dharga Pallivasal' by considering his representation, sent through his Advocate dated 16.03.2016.

2.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he sent a representation to the respondent/Tamil Nadu Wakf Board on 16.03.2016 to frame a scheme relating to the 'Khader Oulia Dharga Pallivasal'. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board submitted that as on today, there is no Board constituted. Apart from that, only a legal notice was issued on behalf of the petitioner and it cannot be treated as a representation.

5.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation along with necessary documents before the respondent and as soon as the Board is constituted, the Wakf Board is directed to consider the petitioner's application and pass orders in accordance with Law.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
