ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in Crime No. 49 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rameswaram Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that the matter was compromised. By recording the said compromise, by this Court vide order dated 23.03.2023, quashed the FIR in Crime No.49 of 2022.

3. In view of the above submission, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.11.2023 NCC :
