ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents 1 and 2 for their willful disobedience of the order, dated 04.05.2023, in W.P.(MD)No.11412 of 2023.

2. This Court by an order, dated 04.05.2023, issued a direction to the first respondent to consider the Form-VII application of the petitioner and pass orders on merits, pursuant to which, the first respondent considered the Form-VII and returned the same on 11.05.2023. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed another Writ Petition before this Court in WP(MD)No.14991 of 2023.

3. However, the order of this Court, dated 04.05.2023, has been complied with by the first respondent, this contempt petition is closed. 02.02.2024 NCC :
