(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) It is stated that the encroachments have been removed. The petitioner herself has deposed before the Tahsildar that the encroachment in Survey Nos.165/32 and 165/60, were removed before the Surveyor, Village Administrative Officer and the Deputy Block Development Officer.
