ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.42 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 326 and 506 (ii) I.P.C.,in Crime No.208 of 2010, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.42 of 2015 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 10.07.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, Pudukkottai District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
