2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the statement of the parties have been recorded and a closure report has been filed as action dropped before the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai on 01.10.2019. In view of the subsequent development, the bail bond executed by respondents 3 to 5 shall stand terminated.
