The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking to quash the impugned orders passed by the third respondent, dated 3.10.2018 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The subject-matter in the Writ petition relates to a Cooperative Society and no Writ Petition will lie against a Cooperative society in view of the dictum laid down in the larger Bench Judgement of this Court reported in 2006(4)CTC,689 (K.Marappan .vs. The Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Namakkal Circle, Namakkal - 636 001 and another. 4.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the dismissal of the Writ Petitioner will not be a bar for the Petitioner availing such remedies as available either under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 or under any other law for the time being in force.
