Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2017 to cancel the sale deed vide document No.9858/2008 dated 17.09.2008 on the file of the 3rd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2017 to cancel the sale deed vide document No.9858/2008 dated 17.09.2008 on the file of the 3rd respondent within a time stipulated by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.K.P.Krishnadas, Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter second respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 25.04.2017 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders within a period four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
