Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 19.12.2017 and to that effect he has also https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ produced a death certificate and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

2. In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
