WMP(MD) No.13118 of 2023 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. VIMALA DEVI. P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.SIVA SUBRAMNIAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted by this Court vide order, dated 14.03.2023.
2. Today, to show the bonafides of the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, has produced four demand drafts taken on various dates from 11.04.2023 namely, for Rs.20,000/-, Rs.50,000/-, 30,000/- and Rs.1,65,000/- and prays for extension of time.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time is extended as prayer for by the petitioner till 27.07.2023. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted to the petitioner.
