2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents and submits the petitioner's son is an accused in Crime No.25 of 2024, which was registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 448 and 506(ii) of IPC; he is a habitual offender; two other cases are also pending as against him. The respondent police has received an information that there is some life threat for him. Therefore, in order to inform the same, they have called the petitioner's son and in fact, they are not harassing him. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
