ORDER

Although this Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to allot a shop to the petitioner to run the business of selling Manjal, Kumkumam, Bangles, Fancy Items and other Pooja articles in any of the place within the respondent Temple premises without affecting the artistic appearance and heritage value of the respondent Temple, by considering the representation given by the petitioner dated 10.06.2024, it is informed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent that an auction is proposed to be held on 23.07.2024 [tomorrow] and the petitioner will be permitted to participate in the auction to be held on 23.07.2024.

2. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to participate in the proposed auction to be held on 23.07.2024 [tomorrow]. No costs.
