ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for Mandamus to direct the respondents No.3 and 4 to shift the petitioner's Electricity Meter Box bearing EB connection No. 05-031-017-245 and 05-031-017-246 of his house property situated at No.36, Ward No.50, Vadugathattara Sandhu, Keelamasi Street, Madurai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025 2.This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice on the private respondents.
3.The limited prayer sought for the petitioner is that to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.05.2025. 4.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 submits that the 2/4
representation of the petitioner, dated 16.05.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits within a period of one month.

Recording the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.05.2025, after due notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.''
