2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, a case in Crime No.142 of 2024 has been registered as against the petitioner. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that a case in Crime No.142 of 2024 has been registered as against the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
