The disciplinary proceeding initiated against the petitioner in R.C.No.56/EB1/2013 dated 14.03.2013 under Rule 38(b) of TANSI is under challenge in this writ petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that promotion chances of the petitioner stands affected because of pendency of the disciplinary proceedings and that all process is over, except passing of the final orders in the disciplinary proceedings.

4.It is agreeable on the part of the respondent to pass orders in the disciplinary proceedings dated 14.03.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Accordingly, the respondent is directed to pass orders in the disciplinary proceedings dated 14.03.2013 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
