ORDER

According to the petitioner, on 28.11.2011, she filed an application to the third respondent to measure her property as per the sale deed. The above request has been rejected by the Tahsildar by an order dated 07.12.2011 stating that the petitioner did not submit relevant documents to prove her title over the property. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 19.12.2011 along with all the documents to establish her https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

title to the property. On receipt of such representation, the Assistant Director cum P.A.To the Collector, by proceedings dated 20.12.2011 issued direction to the Tahsildar, the third respondent herein to take action on the request of the petitioner. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2.In the above circumstances, the Tahsildar, the third respondent herein to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.12.2011 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law after giving notice to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
