This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal/objections made by the fifth respondent, who has questioned the grant of patta in the name of petitioner and his brother, with respect to the subject property.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the fifth respondent has given an objection to the second respondent against the patta that was issued in favour of the petitioner and his brother and the same is pending, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1111/2020/Aa4, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the fifth respondent and pass final orders, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
