ORDER

The petitioner said to have filed an application to measure the property in Survey Nos.228/1B, 228/2B, 231/2B and 231/3B, Unjanpatti Village, Theni District and she has also paid necessary fees which is still pending. Since no order has been passed, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner on 12.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the rival claimants if any.

3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
