Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus,calling for the records relating to the communal rotation notification issued in Na.Ka.No.A1/1030/2015/Sa.Oo.Thi.dated 27.04.2017 in so far as Item No.10 Union Primary School, Manchampatti, reserved for Back Ward Class Muslim and quash the same and fix the communal roaster in accordance with the communal population available in the Manchanyakanpatti Village and permit the petitioner villagers to participate in the selection process for the post of Anganvadi workers and thus render justice. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Karuna For Respondents : Mr.Raja Karthikeyan, Additional Government Pleader.

O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN,J.) The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the communal rotation notification issued in Na.Ka.No.A1/1030/2015/Sa.Oo.Thi. dated 27.04.2017 in so far as Item No.10 Union Primary School, Manchampatti, reserved for Back Ward Class Muslim and fix the communal roaster in accordance with the communal population available in the Manchanyakanpatti Village https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and permit the petitioner villagers to participate in the selection process for the post of Anganvadi workers. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 16.05.2017 after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.(MD) Nos.7514 and 7515 of 2017 are closed.
