Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2.By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The petitioner filed this Writ Petition, seeking to issue a Writ of to Mandamus, to direct the respondents to assign the 0.25 meter of land in T.S.No.303/4. To that effect, he made a representation dated 29.04.2017, to the 2nd respondent herein. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Thereafter, the 2nd respondent communicated the same to the 3rd respondent herein in e.f.m4/5487/2015 ehs;12.05.2017, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far. Hence, the writ petition has been filed.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 3rd Respondent, to consider the above said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and the rival claimants if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
