ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to take action on representation made by the petitioner on 09.10.2018.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a group called as Renganathapuram Ammaiyappar Dhasara Kuzhu which is conducting Dhasara festival at an Amman temple situated near the house of the petitioner. For this purpose, the flex board, tube light and other electrical connections are kept and taken right in-front of the house of the petitioner. When this was objected by the petitioner, he was threatened by the members belonging to the association and the petitioner is being put to untold hardship, even to access his house. The learned counsel for the petitioner made it clear that the petitioner is not in any way opposing the conducting of the festival and what is being opposed is only keeping of the flex board in-front of the petitioner's house and placing the tube lights and the electric wires right in-front of the petitioner's house.
