2.By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The petitioner filed this Writ Petition, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 4th respondent to conduct enquiry with regard to the fraudulent document registration in his office https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in Doc.No.3157/2008 dated 13.10.2008, as per the circular No.67 dated 03.11.2011, (C.No.52338/C1/2011) issued by the 1st respondent. To that effect, he made a representation dated 04.05.2017, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.
4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 4th Respondent, to consider the above said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and the rival claimants if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
