3.The learned counsel for both sides accepted to co-operate for the enquiry to be conducted by the Revenue Divisional Officer / the first respondent herein.
4.In view of the above submission made by both the parties, this Court directs the first respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct an enquiry giving sufficient opportunities to all the necessary parties and to conclude the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to decide the issue in accordance with law.
5.With the above direction, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
