ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) The respondents could not implement the order passed by this Court only in view of the pendency of W.P(MD)No.20696 of 2021. Since the said writ petition has been dismissed by us today, we direct the respondents to enforce the order of this Court forthwith and without any delay.

2.The learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court that the crematorium will be removed and the road in question will be restored to its original position within three (3) weeks. 3.Recording the said undertaking, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
