The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to open the price bid for the work under THAI II2016-2017 road works for serial No.11, 12-13, 22-23 in view of the petitioner representation dated 09.05.2017.

2.Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 09.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
