This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a direction to the second respondent to take appropriate steps based on the petitioner's representation, dated 04.12.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the representation given by the petitioner, dated 04.12.2021, the second respondent has sent notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 through post, but they never turned up. Enquiry is pending on the file of the second respondent Police.

3.In view of the above, the second respondent is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 3 to 5 and complete the process of enquiry, within a period of fifteen (15) days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
