O R D E R

Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the the first respondent. Mr.D.Shanmuga Raja Sethupathi, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 2 to 4.

2. By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner filed this Writ petition, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on the Review Application dated 24.02.2017 preferred by the petitioner against the order passed by her in Na.Ka.153/2013/E2 dated 27.01.2017 within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

4.After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the review application of the petitioner is disposed of, by the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4 would submit that the review application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the review application of the petitioner dated 24.02.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
