ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to allot the place to the petitioner to run his Aavin Booth, nearby the Government Medical College, based on the petitioner's representations dated 21.02.2025 and 03.03.2025.
2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 21.02.2025 and 03.03.2025, and pass appropriate orders in the light of the applicable Government Order (G.O.), within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
