ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused who was arrested on 09.09.2021 by the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 4(1)(a) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, in Crime No.580 of 2021, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in illegal possession of 18 numbers of 180 ml TASMAC brandy bottles. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the petitioner. The petitioner is a woman and she is having children. He would further submit that she is inside the prison from 09.09.2021 and hence, he prays for grant of bail. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the investigation is yet to be completed. He would further submit that the petitioner is having four previous cases of similar in nature.

CRL OP(MD). No.13942 of 2021 5.Considering antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
