The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.
2.Mr.P.Kottaichamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and submits that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, a petition enquiry has been conducted as against the petitioner, who is the brother of the private respondents in CSR No.298 of 2024 on 14.05.2024 and the same was closed on 14.06.2024.
3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that the enquiry has been conducted and it was closed on 14.06.2024, nothing survives in this petition for further direction.
