ORDER

Challenging the communication issued by the second respondent dated 19.09.2016 to the first respondent forwarding the application filed by one Shanthi, the fourth respondent herein claiming to be educational agency to transfer educational agency in favour of one Gopalakrishnan, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.From the perusal of records, it is seen that the second respondent only forwarded the application filed by the fourth respondent to the District Educational Officer who is the competent authority to approve the educational agency. It is only an internal communication between the second and third respondents and if the petitioner has got any grievance, it is always open to him to approach the first respondent by way of representation, against the proposal for the transfer of educational agency and if such representation is made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner. 3.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.14616 and 14617 of 2016 are closed.
