PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the original impugned proceedings issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No. 11301/2021/A6, dated 29.11.2021, served on the petitioner on 10.12.2022 and to quash the consequently, directing the respondents to pass orders for granting appointment to the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant / Bill Collector in the existing vacancy in Town Panchayat in Tirunelveli District based on the qualification of the Petitioner as per G.O.Ms. No. 206 Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department dated 02.11.1995 in the light of the orders passed in the writ appeals in W.A.Nos.778 and 779 of 2017, dated 03.07.2018 with retrospective effect from the date of initial appointment as Office Assistant with all consequential and other attendant benefits, including arrears of salary and further promotion of the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
