O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to visit the site of temple to provide patta to our Sree Kaliyamman Temple, in Survey No.85/11 to an extent of 96 cents in Kotari Village, Kothari Group, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's review application dated 20.05.2017. 2.Mrs.S.Bharathi, Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the review application of the petitioner is disposed of, by the respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the review application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the review application of the petitioner dated 20.05.2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
