Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to deposit the share of the petitioner along with interest before the District Judge, Madurai in G.W.O.P.No.19 of 2003 within time stipulated by this Court.

Mr.K.P.Krishnadas, Government Advocate takes notice for the the first respondent.

2. By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner filed this Writ petition, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to deposit the share of the petitioner along with interest before the District Judge, Madurai in G.W.O.P.No.19 of 2003 within time stipulated by this Court. To that effect, she has made a representation on 20.05.2017, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondent, to consider the above said representation of the petitioner, dated 20.05.2017 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and the rival https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

claimants if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
