ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to rectify the online records pertaining to the property situated in Survey No.97/16, Umamaheswarapuram Village, Thiruvidaimarudur Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering her representation dated 30.01.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Vignesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, the subject property was gifted to her by her sister, Devi, under a settlement deed dated 22.02.2011. Subsequently, patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.612. However, in the online revenue records, the name of the petitioner has not been reflected. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation before the third respondent on 30.01.2025, seeking inclusion of her name in the online revenue records. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit the representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of
a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
