RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to extend time for 2 weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate V, Madurai in Cr.NO.646/2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD). NO.18829/2018 on 12.10.2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.SUSI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the order was delivered on 12.10.2018, thereafter from 13 to 21st October, the Court was closed for Dasara Holidays. Hence, he could not make copy application within the stipulated time. He has filed copy application only on 25.10.2018 and on the same day, it has been received. As per the orders of the Court, dated 12.10.2018, the petitioner ought to have executed the sureties by then, but due to the above reasons, the petitioner could not execute the sureties within the time stipulated by this Court.

4. In view of the same, the petitioner is granted 15 days, to execute the sureties, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
