COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel for the appellants would submit that on account of efflux of time, the grievance against which writ petitions had been filed has lost his relevance. The original writ petitions were filed challenging the Form-VII, Secretariship of the Association. That apart, these writ appeals would not insists upon, nor claim anything from and out of the impugned writ orders, which is under challenge in these five writ appeals.
