2 W.P.(MD)NO.16642 OF 2024 Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2024 to measure and mark the four boundaries of the properties in S.No.250/6B1 and S.No.250/6B2 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

Yacob Pandian @ Chellaiah was having 7 acres and 88 cents of lands. It is stated that he donated a portion of the same measuring 4 acres in favour of the Government. His father is no more. He is survived by the petitioner and his brother.

2. All that the petitioner wants is demarcation of the remaining land and issuance of joint patta.

3. No exception can be taken to the said request. The fourth respondent is directed to conduct survey and demarcate the remaining land and issue patta accordingly. This exercise shall be completed by the 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.16642 OF 2024 fourth respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. While conducting survey, notice shall be issued to the adjacent land owners also. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
