ORDER

The petitioner / defacto complainant in CC.No.123 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor has filed this petition to transfer the said case to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Sathankulam. 2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in CC.No.123 of 2017 and the accused in this case are practising advocates at Kuzhithurai. The petitioner claims that the accused have threatened her that the present Presiding Officer of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor had for some time worked as the Presiding Officer of a Court at Kuzhithurai and therefore they would get favourable orders in the present case. Therefore she has come up with the above prayer. 3.This court is not inclined to entertain this petition on the ground raised by the petitioner and the apprehension of the petitioner is unwarranted. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
