ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax 2/5

the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP (MD) No. 7121/2026 dt. 10.04.2026.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition in respect of the petitioners 6, 9, 14 and 16 and insofar as other petitioners are concerned, he requested to relax the condition imposed.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners 1 to 5, 7, 8, 10 to 13, 15 and 17 have been regularly complying with the condition from 10.04.2026, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the said petitioners to the effect that the said petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation; 5.Accordingly, insofar as the petitioners 1 to 5, 7, 8, 10 to 13, 15 and 17 are concerned, this Criminal Miscellaneous 3/5

Petition is ordered and insofar as the petitioners 6, 9, 14 and 16 are concerned, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
