Mr.K.P.Krishna Das, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the the respondents.
2. By consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3. The petitioner filed this Writ petition, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to receive the necessary property tax for buildings from the petitioner and consequently direct the second respondent to issue me a property tax receipt in S.No.75/2A 1 Punja Land for an extent of Hector 0.18.0 cents 44 at Virudhunagar Village, Kalainagar Nagar, Virudhunagar District. To that effect, he has already made a representation on 15.05.2017, which, according to the petitioner, has not been considered so far. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court.

Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the above said representation of the petitioner, dated 15.05.2017 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving personal opportunity to the petitioner and the rival claimants if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
