2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner on 05.05.2017, within a time frame.

4. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, this Court only directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry the above complaint of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the petitioner and contesting respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. It is made clear that contempt will not lie on failure of the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry within the time stipulated.
