This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to adhere the order and execute the NBW in connection with S.T.C.No.480 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, FTC at Magistrate Level Madurai.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the accused regularly appeared before the trial Court without fail. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
