Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.R.EROTTUCHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11642 of 2020, dated 28.10.2020.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
