ORDER

The petitioner with a grievance that the fourth respondent is preventing him from constructing compound wall has approached this Court seeking Police protection.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), on instructions, submits that there was a dispute between the fourth respondent and the petitioner and based on the complaint of the petitioner, they have conducted petition enquiry in CSR.No.209 of 2025 and has also called the fourth respondent and verified whether he is interfering with the petitioner. The fourth respondent gave a statement before the respondent Police that he is not disturbing the petitioner's construction. Therefore, they have closed the petition enquiry.

3.It appears that the complaint of the petitioner has already been enquired and a statement has also been given by the fourth respondent that he is not disturbing the petitioner. In the event, if the petitioner requires Police protection, the respondent Police shall provide the same 2/4

for the construction of compound wall on payment of charges of Rs. 5,000/- for each Police personnel deputed to the Tamil Nadu Police Benevolent Fund. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
