ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Sivakumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson Government Advocate (Crl Side), for the respondent, this Court made the following order: Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This petition has been filed for extending the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3089 of 2020 in Crl.M.P(MD) Nos.2325 and 2326 of 2020 dated 06.03.2020.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner gives

an undertaking that the petitioner will deposit the amount in question within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioner, this petition is allowed. The petitioner is granted one more weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the condition earlier imposed on the petitioner.
