Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent under section 38 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act by consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2017 within a time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent under section 38 of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.05.2017.

2.Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by giving personal opportunity to the petitioner as well as rival claimants, if any. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
