Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's Representation dated 06.03.2017 and to order Enquiry Under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, in 09.R.1572, Vettamangalam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Vettamangalm Post, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, with in a stipulated time may be fixed by this Court.

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.03.2017 and to order Enquiry Under Section 81 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, in 09.R.1572, Vettamangalam Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society, Vettamangalm Post, Manmangalam Taluk, Karur District, within a stipulated time https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
fixed by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 06.03.2017 after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
