O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to grant adequate police protection to administer the management of Wakf being the Muthavalli of wakf by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 18.05.2017.

2. Mr.K.P.Krishadas the learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.05.2017 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
