This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to forthwith furnish VIII std, School Transfer Certificate of the petitioner's daughter Minor Magathi, aged 13 years to the petitioner herein to continue her education for the academic year 2018-2019.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the concerned authority has furnished the original Transfer Certificate of the petitioner's daughter to the petitioner and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
